邮件上没有提到，只是回复给agoda，叫他们告诉你在你定的时间里，双人房了被定光了。然后agoda叫你联系他们，如果你还需要帮助的话。
网站每天有很多退订什么的，你要催催的，email他们问一下吧。

意思是他们在此期间只有大床房了
