I think what you have is a resident permit in Slovak. You are afraid that you resident permit has been terminated by your employer.
I can tell of course Austria will know the status of your visa or resident permit- but I wonder whether your employer has already reported to terminate your resident permit. In my opinion, employer cannot teminate your resident permit, but they can report to the authority to terminate yours. So, it is up to whether the employer-has he/she done so
