Visit the internet area on the main floor between Piers E and F - there are many padded chairs, soft benches, and chaise longues for relaxing. Bring your earplugs, this is a busy area (Traveller, May 2016).
The Airside McDonald’s (likely in T3) has arm-less benches. Plenty of bench seating with armrests on Airside.
If you’re Landside overnight, find the cafe on the left side of the terminal - there are comfortable seats there (Traveller, September 2015).
