This advice has been reviewed and reissued. It contains new information in
the Summary and on Safety and Security (Terrorism - bomb attacks in Sinai).
The overall level of the advice has not changed.
Summary
We advise you to exercise a high degree of caution in Egypt because of the
high threat of terrorist attack. We continue to receive reports that
terrorists are planning attacks against a range of targets, including places
frequented by foreigners.
Recent terrorist attacks in Egypt have targeted foreign tourists resulting
in large numbers of deaths and further attacks can be expected.
On 24 April three explosions took place in the resort town of Dahab (Sinai)
resulting in a number of deaths and many injuries, including to Australians.
The attacks underline the ongoing terrorist threat to tourists.
Tourist areas and popular destinations such as Hurghada, Luxor, Aswan, Giza,
Alexandria, Red Sea and Sinai resorts or elsewhere in Egypt are potential
terrorist targets as are commercial and public areas known to be frequented
by foreigners.
There have been human deaths from avian influenza in Egypt. See the Health
Issues section below for advice to Australians travelling to or resident in
Egypt.

至于你说的埃及爆炸，不知道你发贴前自己有没有去看中国外交部的网站，在首页这么明显的位置，就登出了驻埃及大使馆领事新闻《埃及发生连环爆炸造成多人伤亡》，列出了使馆的联络方式，警告：“前来埃及旅游的中国内地及港澳台游客较多，驻埃及使馆提请正在埃及旅游和计划来埃旅游的游客，注意安全，并慎重选择旅游景点，出现突发情况随时同当地警方及中国驻埃及大使馆保持联系。”
这也许和美国澳大利亚的标准的旅游预警格式不同，但这算不算旅游预警呢？
