Is there a Roma Pass or Roma Pass 48 hours discount for children or other types of visitors?
There is no reduction on the Roma Passor Roma Pass 48 hours, because it is already a promotion itself. However, some visitors are entitled to special concessions or free admission: for them the purchase of Roma Pass or Roma Pass 48 hours is not recommended (see also FAQ 3.2).
Please note that, as in many other cities, there are different rules and conditions for the Museums belonging to the Civic Network, managed by the City of Rome, and State-owned museums.
Please visit the "Info" section for the “Summary of regulations in force that rule entry to museums and archaeological sites”. The documents lists also Municipal and State museums.
Regarding transports, children under 10 years of age travel for free. For more details, please visit the official public transport website of Rome: www.atac.roma.it.
To decide whether it is worth buying the Roma Pass, you will therefore have to do some math.
