跟团的话旅行社应该有模板的，照抄就行。网上也有很多模板，可以借鉴。
大致格式如下，根据自己的情况稍微改动一下就行。
STATUTORY DECLARATION
I, name... , a Chinese national, passport No …, residing in XXX hereby declares that:
I am going to visit Greece (and other European Countries) from 17/5/2013 to 5/6/2013.
The purpose of my trip is tourism only. I will not seek any employment or residency in Greece (and other European Countries) and will return to China prior before the expiration of my authorized visa.
I am a freelancer now. Iam a full time micro business from 2005 and my income for
one year amounted to 100000 Yuan. Thus I have sufficient financial resources to defray all expenses during my trip in Greece(and other European Countries)
I will comply with the laws and regulations of during my stay. Execute this statutory declaration for the purpose of the tourist visa application from the embassy of Greece (and other European Countries)
