I think you can buy the 鹿特丹central-Lombardijn-安特卫普的联程票 (it's like from Rotterdam Central to Antwerpen, via Lombardijn). Just I can't find the price for the whole journey on the web site of NS.NL so impossible to tell which one is more economical...

Anyway, one way ticket from Rotterdam Central to Dordrecht via Lombardijn costs 3.9
