You need to deal with it seriously. If you have a friend in California, then you probably can ask your friend to follow up
your case, and pay the fine.
If you act like this was never happened, then you may have problem to be in California again, because there will be an arrest warrant issued and will be shown up if you are stopped by a police officer.
So please deal with it carefully,unless you don't want to be in the California again.
i totally agree. I got a fine at washington, close to Seattle, second degree speeding.
It says that it is non criminal, however, it will be upgraded to criminal if you dont pay it, which could be a problem for your visa next time if by any means they can track you down.
If your fine is big, go to the court, probably you can get some waiver. Otherwise, just make a money or a check to the county.
