Are you serious? These two places are at least 200 miles apart. It would be crazy to take a taxi and no Vegas taxi are allowed to go that far.
There are shuttle services from Anaheim and LA.

But if you mean the outlets in Vegas, there are two of them and you can take the Deuce bus.
