NZ签证，在广州递签，为什么会被forward去了上海？9月23号在广州签证中心递签的，9月24号INZ Hong Kong Branch收到，然后再变了一次状态，变成9月27号INZ Hong Kong Branch收到，好吧这我还能理解。可是今天一查，变成Application has been forwarded to New Zealand Visa Operation Centre, Shanghai from the INZ Hong Kong Branch on 27/09/2013...
