Carry thin cloths and light hoddie. It may rain, take umbrella. Make sure not to forget small torch light. It's very dark in night and Nepal has electricity cut off system. Carry sunglasses, mask for dust pollution, light slippers, and daily necessary stuffs. Just be free and try to adjust the food n environment. Try being friendly with people, they will also return back you very friendly. And enjoy the nature
