the cheapest way is calling from internet.
The way as you said call for a special number from a stable telephone is not popular in Finland since the stable telephone is not easy to access (mobile phone is the most popular way to communicate in Finland, so that it is not easy to find even a public telephone in many places). But if you can find a stable telephone, you may use that kind of card.
If you have a mobile phone, you may buy a prepaid SIM card and call for a special number by ur mobile phone.
