请问希腊签证的一些问题。因为公司明文规定不给因私出国旅游开立工作证明等相关文件，所以我想是不是走无业签证会比较方便？？？我手头上有一张在职证明，但是营业执照那些，公司是绝对不会给我复印件盖章的，更别说给我开证明了。现在请求大家的意见。

公司无法提供执照副本或组织机构代码证的话，必须提供由单位信头纸开具的不能提供的说明或者是单位下发的不能提供的文件，并加盖公司公章。
如果上面的东西也无法提供，则可以走无业或自由职业。因为在职的话必须提供企业营业执照复印件，以及加盖公章的在职证明。
无业的话，必须要有出资证明。
如果已婚，就提供配偶的单位证明（营业执照复印件、在职证明）
如果未婚，就提供父母的单位证明（营业执照复印件、在职证明）

注：已婚的还需要提供 婚姻关系公证书（由外交部认证）

因为公司明文规定不给因私出国旅游开立工作证明等相关文件-->会不会你们公司也在海关备了案，楼主能自由出入境吗？有在职+营业执照会好很多，是个保障，无业的，通过几率会很小，而且楼主在职，走无业，有隐瞒的嫌疑，对申请签证会有负面的影响。
