No idea why you make such a trip. You want to go to the east but you go to west first.
1 it is big
2 To leave the UK you do not need to pass a 'passport control' as in most other EU countries.
3 Eu passport will bring some conveniences, but then they will check you have a valid visa to enter China.
4 Usually not, why bothered to find Chinese staff?
