Seen from other forum said that the shuttle from CK to Wien always be cancelled at the last minutes (after several reconfirmation) in low season, if you plan your trip by using the shuttle from CK to Wien. You may take the risk.
Following is my way from CK to Wien in Nov 2009, for your reference:
CK to CB: SA bus 40Kc/person
CB to Gmund NO: train 160Kc/2person (group ticket)
Gmund NO to Wien: Obb train 28 Euro/2-5person (Einfach Raus Ticket)
orangeways e-ticket from Wien to Budapest cost 1500 HUF per person
