Thank you for your email.
Yes People's Republic of China regular passports require
a visa to enter Singapore.
Because you hold a People's Republic of China passport
for Public Affairs there is no need to apply for a visa. People's Republic of
China passport for Public Affairs holders are granted entry to Singapore for
short term tourism for up to 30 days if they have
· A passport with at least 6 months validity
· Sufficient funds to last for the intended period of stay
in Singapore
· Confirmed onward/return tickets (where applicable)
· Entry facilities to their onward destinations, e.g.
visas.
· Completed Disembarkation/Embarkation Card
· Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate, if applicable
Please be advised that all entry to Singapore is subject
to the discretion of immigration officers who reserve the right to refuse entry

-------------分割线---------------如上面两封邮件，我通过电邮分别问询了新加坡驻堪培拉，迪拜的大使馆，它们分别回复了我，告诉我公务普通护照免签30天，而且堪培拉的大使馆还特别仔细的给我讲了需要准备的东西。真的特别感谢它们。同时，我也把邮件发给了中国驻新加坡大使馆，它们的回复如下：您好，
关于赴新加坡签证问题，建议问询新加坡驻当地使、领馆或者新加坡移民厅，http://www.ica.gov.sg/
------------分割线-----------对此，可以看见它们的官话说的是多么的娴熟，说的话基本等于不说，干外交的连这些事都不清楚，不如回家卖红薯。
最后，如果还有疑惑的同志，我可以告诉你们，我还托新加坡的朋友问了新加坡移民局，再次确认了此事。
以后持有公务普通护照的同志们，请放心大胆的前往新加坡玩吧！！记得要谢我哈。
