it depends.
u may enjoy the peace of lakes in Tampere and u may find the only one musuem of Lenin outside of Russia in the world. Tampere is the starting city of labors evolution in Finnish history. The nature of Tampere is quite good. And also you have chance to try the tradinional Finnish Smoke Sauna that you never can try in other coutries, of course.
In Helsínki, you may go to Art / Desigh museum to feel the Finnish desigh, which is on top of the field in the world and very popular in many coutries including China. You must know it if you r interestes in Design.
In a work, don't miss the lakes around Tampere and don't miss the ....(perhaps museums) in Helskinki (I don't like it personaly, hehe...)
