URGENT ! Air Asia X Flight D7-2624 KUL-CTU 8 August Cancelled
Dear Valued Guest,
We refer to your flight D7 2624 on Sunday, [8th August 2010] scheduled to depart at 1330hrs from Kuala Lumpur Low Cost Carrier Terminal.
We regret to inform you that the above flight has been cancelled as we are reducing our frequency to/from Chengdu from 7 times weekly to 5 times weekly. In view of this, flights on Thursdays and Sundays are no longer operating as scheduled.
Please contact us at air*x@a*.com, quoting your booking number, if you
* want to move* to the closest flights to your original flight as follows:
- D72622 on Saturday [7 August 2010], departing at 0900hrs, arriving in Chengdu at 1340hrs;or
- D72626 on Monday [9 August 2010], departing at 1800hrs, arriving in Chengdu at 2240hrs;
* wish to move* to any of our other Kuala Lumpur - Chengdu flights of your choice;
* wish to cancel your ticket and request for a refund;
* should you have any connecting flights on AirAsia/ AirAsia X, we will also move* them accordingly; or
* have any concerns you would like us to address.

Also, please find attached a letter confirming the cancellation for your travel insurance provider should you require it.
