One thousand Island, Quebec City, Since the weather is still cold in PEI, there is nothing to see, if you would like to observe whale, it is better to go there in summer around june or july. however, my suggestion wii be Nova Scotia which the Cape Breton National Park located.
The entire trip is aroud 4000KMs, be safe with driving. I was there in May 2007, and would like to go one more time. BTW, you could go PEI through Caribou by ferry that takes about 3 hours and 35 CAD/person after Nova Soctia.
Finally, reserve you hotel before living!!!!!!!my experience can tell that
