I called one of the local Exchange Bureau's in Tehran (next to the place I live) and he told me that he
ACCEPTS Yuan (RMB). So i think that you do not need to change your YUAN to Dollar and then from
Dollar to RIALS. If this office next to my home accepts Yuan, i think many of exchange offices accept RMB.
If one Exchange bureau doesn't accept to change Yuan, ask another office.
